GRR AG with head office in Erlangen invests specifically in German retail real estate from the basic retail segment. Currently the portfolio comprises 112 porperties with around 190,000 sqm rentable space.
Renowned capital partner and reliable financing structure
The German insurance company Provinzial Rheinland and the real estate umbrella fund INIZIO are a financially sound major shareholder in GRR. Together, they provide significant funds for the focused investment programme of GRR AG.
GRR’s lenders include German banks and savings banks. In order for GRR to rapidly finance acquisitions, credit lines are availaible upon request from its capital partners.
