GRR invests throughout Germany in properties of the retail chain sector. Its portfolio currently includes properties in eleven Federal German states; with emphases on economically stronger states like Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony.
The focus of the portfolio are food markets, consumer markets and retail parks in the food and non-food segment. The properties are let to well-known names in the retail trade as anchor tenants. GRR also optimises its portfolio locations by means of its letting activities to property-specific ancillary tenants.
